OFFICE BASED ACCOUNT MANAGER | BIRCHWOOD, WA3 | PERMANENT | FULL TIME

Salary: up to £32,000 DOE + quarterly bonus incentives

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with a highly established, reputable company based in Birchwood, who are recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Executive / Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will be…

• Serving as the primary point of contact for business clients across the UK, building strong relationships via telephone and email to support new sales and existing product needs
• Managing the full customer sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Working alongside field sales teams to coordinate and fulfil client requirements, processing orders efficiently on SAP
• Making outbound sales calls (c.35 decision maker calls per week) to prospective and existing clients, effectively pitching products and services to drive revenue growth
• Delivering technical product support by diagnosing and resolving customer issues over the phone and email, liaising with internal departments to ensure timely solutions
• Providing aftersales support, gathering client feedback to identify upselling opportunities and influence future product development
• Supporting the distribution department during month-end by completing orders, managing stock, and ensuring accurate fulfilment

You will have…

• Proven experience in B2B telesales / outbound & inbound sales / account management or similar
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels, and build and maintain relationships with business clients
• A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to navigate and tailor products and services to suit requirements
