Person Specification

Applicants must have:

  • A First Class or Upper Second Class (2:1) honours degree in one of the subject areas listed above.
  • GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English, Mathematics and Science.
  • A-levels graded A–B*, including your specialist subject where applicable.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate, engage and inspire young people.
  • A commitment to high standards and academic excellence.
