Person Specification
Applicants must have:
- A First Class or Upper Second Class (2:1) honours degree in one of the subject areas listed above.
- GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English, Mathematics and Science.
- A-levels graded A–B*, including your specialist subject where applicable.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate, engage and inspire young people.
- A commitment to high standards and academic excellence.
