The Role – Key Stage 1 Teacher

• Salary starting from £32,916
• Full classroom responsibility within KS1
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Track pupil progress and use assessment to inform teaching
• Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage expectations
• Build strong relationships with families and carers

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you’ll create a positive and structured classroom where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired. You will play a key role in shaping pupils’ early educational journey, ensuring they develop confidence in reading, writing, and maths.
