Sales Support & Account Coordinator
Crewe | Full-Time | Competitive Salary
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Are you passionate about customer relationships, sales growth, and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular account reviews, providing stock updates, product advice, and identifying opportunities to fill product gaps.
- Manage and maintain an accurate business pipeline, tracking sales performance and GP retention.
- Deliver swift and accurate quotations using internal sourcing and estimating teams.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure closure—win or lose—and update CRM with all customer interactions.
- Coordinate face-to-face meetings for the Sales Director, setting clear objectives and ensuring all actions are followed up post-visit.
- Provide meaningful sales interactions and support across key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
- Confidence using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
