A friendly and successful primary school in Salford is looking to appoint a committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to strengthen their KS1 team. The position is open for an immediate start with flexibility to offer either a long-term placement (with the possibility of a permanent contract) or a permanent role from the outset.

The role

  • Starting salary of £32,916 for Key Stage 1 Teacher
  • Full responsibility for KS1 class
  • Plan and teach engaging, well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Ensure pupils are well prepared and confident in meeting end-of-key-stage standards
  • Use assessment information purposefully to adapt teaching and provide targeted support
  • Develop positive, professional relationships with parents and carers
