We're recruiting for an experienced Lead Scaffolders to join a leading national business as they continue to expand their residential renewable energy division.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, work on residential Solar PV projects and build a long-term career within a business investing heavily in renewable energy.

The Role

You'll be responsible for erecting, adapting and dismantling scaffolding on residential properties, providing safe access for rooftop Solar PV installations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Erecting, adapting and dismantling domestic scaffolding
• Installing temporary roof edge protection and safe access platforms
• Carrying out scaffold inspections and pre-work safety checks
• Working closely with Solar Installation Teams
• Loading and unloading scaffold equipment
• Ensuring all work meets current safety and compliance standards
• Maintaining a clean and professional working environment
• Delivering excellent customer service at residential properties

What we're looking for

• CISRS Scaffolder Blue Card
• Proven scaffolding experience
• Domestic scaffolding experience
• Strong understanding of safe working practices and working at height
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Reliable, professional and team-focused approach
• Comfortable with regional travel
• Modular building/construction experience desirable not essential
