We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a 6^th Form College offereing A Levels, GCSE’s and T Levels. In this role, you’ll provide one-to-one and small-group support to students, helping them achieve their goals and succeed in education.

Key Responsibilities: Learning Support Assistant

• Deliver tailored support in and out of class for students with additional needs.
• Assist with student-related admin, including updating EHCP plans.
• Promote positive behaviour and a productive learning environment.
• Ensure effective support to help students progress successfully.

What We’re Looking For: Learning Support Assistant

• Experience supporting individuals or willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
• Ideally have a 1^st or 2:1 degree in psychology or related subject
• Matching A Levels and GCSE’s are prefered
