A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Barnet is looking to appoint an outstanding Learning Support Assistant to join its dedicated support team from September.

Your Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students with additional learning needs both inside and outside the classroom.
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Help pupils build confidence, resilience and independence.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Monitor student progress and celebrate individual achievements.
- Build trusted relationships with students, parents and staff.
