The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing academic and pastoral support to students in lessons
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND
- Delivering targeted interventions on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Building the skills and experience required for future teacher training

- Hold a 2:1 degree or above from a reputable university
- Have strong GCSEs and A-Level results

Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
