The Opportunity

• Role:Level 3 Casual / Flexible Nursery Staff
• Pay:Competitive hourly rates, dependent on experience.
• Contract:Casual / Flexible
• Working Pattern:Choose shifts around your availability, subject to nursery requirements.
• Setting:Nursery / Early Years
• Qualification:Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification essential.

The Role

As a flexible Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education, supporting nursery teams during busy periods and staff absences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Planning and supporting fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supporting children's learning, development and individual needs.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, safety and hygiene.
• Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep times and personal care.
• Supporting nursery teams to ensure the smooth running of the setting.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for passionate Early Years professionals who are reliable, adaptable and genuinely enjoy helping young children learn and develop.

You'll need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient and positive approach.
• Flexibility and reliability when accepting shifts.
