Support Early Years Children to Thrive

We are recruiting a qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young children within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and nurturing TA who is passionate about early childhood development, helping children build confidence, develop essential skills and prepare for the next stage of their education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Assist with learning activities that promote communication, language and early development.

• Support children's social, emotional and physical development.

• Help deliver engaging, play-based learning activities.

• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.

• Support children with additional learning needs where required.

• Work closely with teachers and other staff to maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.

• Experience working with children in an EYFS or nursery setting is desirable.

• A strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS framework.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A patient, proactive and nurturing approach.

• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
