Training Structure (4+1 Model)

Your week will be structured to give you the perfect balance of practice and theory:

  • 4 days in school gaining hands-on classroom experience
  • 1 day per week dedicated to PGCE study and professional development

Your journey will look like:

  • Term 1: Observe lessons, support teaching, build confidence
  • Term 2: Begin planning and delivering your own lessons
  • Term 3: Teach more independently and refine your teaching style

By the end of the year, you’ll be a confident, fully qualified Maths Teacher.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Maths or a related subject (2:1 preferred)
