We are looking for graduates who:

  • Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject such as Physics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Ideally graduated from a Russell Group University
  • Have strong *A-Level grades (A–C minimum)**, particularly in Mathematics
  • Possess excellent GCSE qualifications, including English and Mathematics
  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
  • Are enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to pursuing a career in secondary education
