We are looking for graduates who:
- Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject such as Physics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Ideally graduated from a Russell Group University
- Have strong *A-Level grades (A–C minimum)**, particularly in Mathematics
- Possess excellent GCSE qualifications, including English and Mathematics
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
- Are enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to pursuing a career in secondary education
