We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer at their Stoke head office. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of plant machinery and site services, while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out engineering repairs, preventative maintenance, and project work to a high standard.

Maintain accurate records for the PPM system and stock control for engineering stores.

Ensure the safe and efficient running of all plant machinery, adhering to health & safety regulations and reviewing risk assessments.

Support manufacturing teams to achieve targets by improving operational efficiencies.

Recommend and implement improvements to optimise energy efficiency and develop plant equipment.

Maintain and support compliance for factory services, including gas, electricity, water, compressed air, effluent, HVAC, PAT testing, LEVs, pressure vessels, and more.

Collaborate with colleagues and sub-contractors, promoting safe working practices and eliminating wasteful processes.
About You

A proven background as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.

A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a busy engineering team.
