Night Production Operatives – St Helens

Are you looking for consistent night work with a leading food manufacturer in St Helens? KPI Recruiting are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our client’s busy team. This is an ongoing assignment with a reputable company that prides itself on quality and food safety.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be part of a fast-moving team dedicated to preparing fresh food products (sandwiches) for major retailers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Food Prep: Washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, and grating fresh ingredients to high standards.

• Quality Control: Ensuring all ingredients meet the required specifications.

• Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to food safety and "clean as you go" policies.

• Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies to ensure the line runs smoothly while minimizing waste.

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (Enjoy your Friday and Saturday nights off!)

• Hours: 23:30 – 07:30 (Static Nights)

• Pay Rate: £14.04 per hour

What we are looking for:

• Reliable individuals who are comfortable working in a food production environment.

• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.

• Required PPE: You must have your own High-Vis vest and Safety Boots.
