KPi Education is working in partnership with a specialist provision in Southall to recruit a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support pupils with a range of SEN and developmental needs.
The Role – Occupational Therapist
As the school’s Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and young people
- Support pupils with sensory regulation, fine and gross motor skills, functional independence, and access to learning
- Develop and implement individualised OT programmes aligned with EHCP targets
- Provide 1:1 and group interventions
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral staff
- Offer guidance and training to school staff to embed OT strategies in the classroom
- Contribute to EHCP reviews, reports, and multi-agency meetings
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
About the Setting
The provision supports pupils with a range of needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Sensory processing differences
- Developmental delay
- SEMH and physical needs

Person Specification
Essential:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration (mandatory)
- Experience working with children and/or young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently within a school or SEN setting
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Desirable:
- Experience within an SEN or education setting
- Knowledge of paediatric OT and sensory integration approaches
- Experience supporting EHCP outcomes
