Office Administrator

Outskirts of Nantwich
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
£27,000 - £34,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation based on the outskirts of Nantwich. This is a varied role that will see you supporting multiple departments and playing a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and liaising with colleagues across different teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently using Sage
  • Supporting invoicing and purchase order processes
  • Maintaining customer records and documentation, both electronically and in hard copy
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Filing, archiving and maintaining accurate company records
  • Providing general administrative support to colleagues across the business
  • Assisting with ad hoc office duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within an administration, office support or customer service role
  • Essential experience using Sage for invoicing, order processing and general administration
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
