Duties:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR | BLACKBURN | PART TIME | PERMANENT

Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 5 hours per day

Working pattern: Fully office based

Salary: £16,666 - £17,000 per annum  (based on working 25hr per week)

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our well-established client based in the Blackburn area, on a part time, permanent basis.

You will be…

  • Acting as first point of contact for client calls and emails regarding new and existing orders
  • Providing product, pricing, and stock information, and recommending alternatives where appropriate
  • Processing new orders, setting up customer accounts, and ensuring accurate delivery details
  • Maintaining client relationships by updating them throughout the order process via phone and email
  • Posting purchase invoices, coding, inputting into the system, and filing
  • Posting and allocating stock invoices, verifying goods received, and filing
  • Posting bank transactions, reconciling weekly, and filing payment sheets
  • Preparing and sending monthly customer statements via email

You will have…

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a varied office administrator role
  • Working knowledge of accounts processes, with experience maintaining financial records and systems
