OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR 

NANTWICH CHESHIRE 

SALARY : COMPETITIVE AND NEGOTIABLE DOE

MONDAY TO FRIDAY – OFFICE HOURS

IMMEDIATE START

We are excited to be recruiting for an Experienced Office Administrator to join a fun, friendly and professional team at thier office’s based on the outskirts of Nantwich. For this role you will be a lively and outgoing Administrator with strong communication skills, you’ll be not only well organised and confident but someone who is computer literate and has experience in using SAGE (ideally SAGE 50), as parts of this role will require you to take on extra tasks outside of the usual administration duties.  

Main Duties will include:

Answering and Distributing incoming calls 

Handling correspondence (postal, emails etc..)

Raising Purchase Orders 

Placing Orders for materials with different suppliers 

Creating Delivery Notes
