The Role

As an Oxbridge Academic Mentor, you will:

  • Deliver targeted academic mentoring to high-attaining students
  • Support Oxbridge, Medicine, Law and Russell Group applicants
  • Lead university preparation workshops and enrichment programmes
  • Deliver small-group seminars within your subject specialism
  • Coach students through admissions tests and interview preparation
  • Develop stretch-and-challenge resources for gifted learners
  • Work alongside senior leaders to drive academic excellence across the school

Who We Are Looking For

  • A degree from Oxford or Cambridge
  • Outstanding academic credentials throughout their education
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates with backgrounds in Humanities, STEM, Economics, Law, Languages or Social Sciences are all encouraged to apply.
