KPI Recruiting is recruiting on behalf of our client, a logistics/distribution company based in Hanley, for a part-time Goods In Operative to join their warehouse team.

The role

• Loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles
• Lifting, carrying and moving a variety of items safely
• Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting any damage or discrepancies
• Sorting and putting away stock in the correct locations
• Keeping the goods-in area clean, tidy and safe

About you

• Comfortable with physical work, including repeated lifting and manual handling
• Able to be on your feet for the whole shift
• Reliable, punctual and a good team player
• Basic literacy and numeracy for checking deliveries
• Warehouse or goods-in experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided

What’s on offer

• 2-3 Days per week, 09:00 till 14:00
• £12.71 per hour
