WORKING MONDAY – FRIDAY 10 – 4 

ONSITE PARKING AVAILABLE 

My client are a specialists manufacturers and supplier of easy access cleaning solutions for elderly and less able people. Their products cover all aspects of accessible solutions with the UK’s most comprehensive collection of made to measure products.

The business have knowledgeable staff, who can provide their clients with the guidance and support in order to choose the right easy access solution. Due to a recent requirement for an immediate member of staff KPI Recruiting are looking for a temporary administration candidate to work at the Winsford office.

You will be working in an open plan office and will be responsible for;  

  • Updating and posting invoices onto the SAGE system
  • Taking credit card payments online and via phone 
  • Updating spreadsheets with payments taken
  • Updating records 
  • Allocating payments taken on the SAGE system 
  • EDI invoices
  • General telephone & email enquiries 
  • Creating new customer accounts using SAGE 
  • Allocating payments
  • Supporting the finance team with general administration tasks 
  • Inputting payroll for 55 staff on a monthly basis

**** Payroll/SAGE experience desirable ****
