KPI Education is working in partnership with a highly ambitious and rapidly growing secondary school located in Wembley to appoint an outstanding PE Teacher / Early Career Teacher (ECT) from September. This is a full-time, permanent role within a school building a strong reputation for exceptional education and a positive staff culture.

About the Role

As a PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons, promoting performance, teamwork, and lifelong participation in sport.

You will join a collaborative PE department, working closely with colleagues to deliver a structured and ambitious curriculum. The team values shared planning, consistency, and high expectations for all students.

Candidate Specification

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold or be working towards QTS.
  • Have a strong PE or sports-related academic background.
  • Be enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about sport and education.
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, including support for SEN students.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Be open to feedback and committed to professional development.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Hold high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
