Physics Graduate / Trainee Teacher (Immediate Start)
Location: Inner London Borough of Wandsworth
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and training route) 28K-32K

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Physics graduate to join a high-performing secondary school in the Inner London Borough of Wandsworth. This role is available for an immediate start and offers an excellent pathway into teaching, including the opportunity to train as a teacher while working.

About the Role

  • Support the teaching of Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential exposure to Key Stage 5)

  • Work closely with experienced teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons

  • Provide targeted support to students, both in and out of the classroom

  • Gradually take on teaching responsibilities as your confidence and skills develop

Teacher Training Opportunity (ITT)
Alongside your role, you will have the opportunity to undertake a structured Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme. This salaried route allows you to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while working in school.

The programme includes:

  • A blend of practical classroom experience and expert-led training
