KPI Recruiting are looking for full-time or part-time Pickers  and Packers who are driven, energetic individuals for an immediate start with our client based in Chessington Surrey. In this role, you will ensure that stock is accurately processed while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities for the a Picker and Packer team:

• Pick and pack and organise within the warehouse bays to facilitate efficient delivery processes
• Ensure that customer orders are picked and packed  with precision, adhering to the company’s quality control standards
• Utilise Android/ Windows scanning technology to pick stock for store and customer deliveries
• Safeguard the integrity of fragile items by wrapping and packaging to ensure safe transit
• Report any breakages or discrepancies immediately
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times

Requirements for the Role as a Picker and Packer:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and positive attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with good time-keeping skills

Working Hours & days as a Picker and Packer are:

The rate of pay as a Picker and Packer is:

• £12.30 p/h for AM shift and £13.10 per hour PM shift
