Post-16 Academic Mentor

QTS Needed

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (TN13)
Pay: £20–£30 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Post-16 Academic Mentor to support students with their academic progress and help them achieve their educational goals.

The Role

• Provide academic mentoring and subject support to GCSE and A-level students.

• Help students develop effective revision techniques and independent study skills.

• Support learners with exam preparation and coursework.

• Monitor student progress and adapt support to individual learning needs.

• Build positive relationships with students to encourage confidence and achievement.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Experience supporting students at GCSE and A-level is desirable.

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

• A commitment to helping students reach their full academic potential.
