• Salary: Starting at £34,000 (Depending on experience)
• Hours: Monday – Thursday | 06:00 – 16:30 (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate press brake machines to high standards.
• Precision Folding: Bend and form metal components to precise specifications.
• Technical Skills: Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Tooling: Select correct tooling and ensure accurate machine setup.
• Quality Control: Carry out regular checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 18 months’ experience operating press brake machinery.
• Blueprints: Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Fabrication Knowledge: Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Background: Previous experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
