ECT Induction & Support

  • A reduced teaching timetable in line with statutory guidance

Salary Information

Early Career Teachers are appointed on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) £37,870
The starting salary will be M1, with progression through M2 as induction is successfully completed.
London weighting (Outer London) will apply in accordance with the school’s pay policy.

  • Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
