Are you an experienced SEN Primary Teacher ready for your next challenge?
Do you feel ready to step into a role with real progression, but opportunities are limited in your current school?
A growing specialist school group is launching a brand-new primary SEN provision in West London and is seeking an experienced teacher to lead the initial cohort.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the early stages of a new provision, starting with a small class of around 5 pupils, with plans to expand. You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, establishing provision standards and supporting the long-term growth of the setting.
The school supports pupils with SEMH needs, many of whom have experienced exclusion or disruption to their education. The setting focuses on re-engagement, consistency and long-term outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching a small class within a new SEN primary provision
- Planning and delivering a tailored, engaging curriculum
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs
- Contributing to curriculum design and development
- Working with external services and local authorities
- Building strong relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Supporting pupil progress, engagement and emotional development
You will be joining a well-established SEN school group with multiple sites across London, offering strong CPD and clear progression pathways. This role is ideal for a teacher looking to move towards middle or senior leadership as the provision grows.
We are looking for teachers who:
- Hold QTS with at least 3 years' experience
- Have strong SEN experience, particularly SEMH
- Are confident adapting curriculum and learning
- Have experience working with external agencies and parents
- Are ambitious and interested in progression
- Are resilient, proactive and committed to inclusive education
Previous middle leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking SEN group and help build a provision from the ground up.
