The Role – Primary Teacher / ECT

  • Full-time, permanent position starting September 2025
  • Opportunity to teach in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 (based on your preference and experience)
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Participate in regular CPD opportunities and benefit from a comprehensive ECT induction programme
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture

Candidate Profile – Primary Teacher / ECT

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is on track to achieve this by July 2025
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Organised, reflective, and eager to contribute to a supportive teaching team
