Residential Property Solicitor (1–4 PQE) – Shropshire & West Midlands

I am working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm, seeking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor (1–4 years PQE) to join its structured and growing team across offices in Telford, Wolverhampton, and Shrewsbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to develop within a busy, supportive environment, benefiting from a strong pipeline of work and an established client base.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions

You will have responsibility for files from instruction through to completion, with appropriate support where needed, and a strong focus on delivering a high level of client service.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1–4 years PQE
• Experience in residential property matters
• Developing confidence in managing a caseload independently
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Client-focused and commercially aware
