Supply Chain Administrator | Skelmersdale | Permanent
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
£26,000 per annum
KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with a highly established client who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be…
- Liaising with suppliers regarding new and existing requirements
- Maintaining accurate supply chain records, supplier databases and contract files
- Monitoring suppliers service levels
- Supporting with contract renewals and administration
- Managing supply chain inbox
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding deliveries, orders, pricing and general queries
- Evaluating prices and quality from approved suppliers
The successful candidate will have…
- Previous experience working in a procurement / supply chain / purchasing capacity is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in navigating and updating internal databases and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable transport to commute to Skelmersdale offices daily
