KPI Recruiting are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client's fast-paced team. This is a hands-on role where you will be an essential part of the process—from the initial growing stages to the final dispatch of products to customers.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be working at the heart of the facility. Your duties will include:

• Production Support: Assisting with machinery used for the growing, washing, and packing of products.
• Packaging: Working on a busy production line to package products accurately and efficiently.
• Dispatch Prep: Packing finished products into boxes and onto pallets, ensuring they are ready for customer delivery.
• Quality Control: Keeping an eye on product quality as it moves through the line.

Pay and Hours

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
• Working Hours: 06:00 – 15:00
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week.

• Reliable & Punctual: You enjoy an early start and are ready to go at 06:00.
• Physically Active: Comfortable standing for long periods and performing manual handling tasks.
• Team Player: Happy to work as part of a team to hit daily production targets.
• Safety Conscious: Able to follow health and safety procedures in a machinery-heavy environment.
