KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Production Cleaning Operative for our client based in Oldham.

The days and hours as a Production Cleaning Operative are:

• Monday- Friday
• 10:00- 18:10

The rate of pay as a Production Cleaning Operative is:

• £12.71 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Production Cleaning Operative are:

• Maintain the Production area weekly cleaning checklist and uphold good housekeeping practices
• Daily sweep and check of main corridors and stairs
• Daily clean of individual work areas
• Emptying of various waste bins; collect from all areas and maintain strict segregation of waste into the correct waste streams for re-cycling
• Operate the waste baling machine and removal of bales for storage
• Operate driven floor cleaner and keep up to date records of usage
• Assist when required in Production areas
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working order
• Ad hoc duties as required
• Adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and procedures

The ideal candidate for a Production Cleaning Operative would require:

• Previous experience working as a Production Cleaning Operative
• Good time keeping skills
• Good eye for detail
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
