About the Role:

KPI Recruiting is looking for an experienced and proactive Production Line Leader to join a busy fish processing plant in Bellshill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong leadership background to oversee and guide a team within a fast-paced food production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring team performance.

As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will ensure the team stays motivated, productive, and meets production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operatives
• Ensure all tasks on the production line are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
• Monitor production flow and resolve any issues to maintain productivity
• Train, support, and develop team members to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the production line
• Report any operational issues to the relevant management
• Meet production targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within a food production setting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards
• A positive and proactive attitude
