KPI Recruiting are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food production facility based in Buxton. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production environment.

Pay & Benefits:
✅ £12.21 per hour – Weekly pay, every Friday
✅ Overtime x1.5 after 40 hours worked
✅ 30-Minute Paid Break every shift
✅ Ongoing Work

Shifts:

• Rotating Monday – Friday:

  • 06:00 – 14:00

  • 14:00 – 22:00

• Rotating weekly shifts – perfect for work/life balance

• Some flexibility required – shifts may change based on business needs

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking & packing food products ready for despatch

• Manual handling of stock and working on various production lines

• Labelling products and carrying out quality checks

• Keeping your work area safe and tidy

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual individuals who enjoy hands-on work

• Comfortable working in a chilled environment

• Able to follow health & safety procedures

• Safety boots and hi-vis (PPE) are required
