£300 net bonus

We are introducing a £300 net bonus for eligible agency workers who join us and successfully complete 12 weeks with the Company.

Enhanced overtime rates

We are also introducing enhanced overtime rates:

• overtime above 42.5 hours, Monday to Friday – 1.25x
• eligible weekend overtime – 1.5x

For anyone working on piecework, the existing piecework arrangements will continue. The weekday 1.25x rate will not apply to piecework employees. Once 42.5 hours have been worked in the week, eligible additional weekend hours will be paid at 1.5x.

As a Production Operative, you will be working on the production line, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant while maintaining high standards of hygiene and product quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production line to process fish
• Ensure the proper packaging of fish products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Work efficiently to meet production targets
• Report any issues or defects to supervisors
