KPI Recruiting are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Crewe (CW1).

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pm

• Every other Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm

The Role

This is a full production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties will include:

• Involvement in the full production process

• Loading cans onto conveyor belts

• Packing finished products into boxes

• Stacking and organising boxes onto pallets

• Wrapping and transporting pallets to specification

• Moving wrapped pallets to the finished goods area

• Supporting stock handling activities

• Minimising production waste

• Carrying out end-of-day inspections

Important Site Rules

• No electronic devices (including mobile phones or smart watches) are permitted on the production floor

• All electronic items must be stored in lockers provided

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Physically fit and reliable
