KPI Recruiting is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work in a secure facility in Clydebank, carrying out the stripping and dismantling of electronic devices.

This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a controlled, security-cleared environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Stripping and dismantling electronic devices in line with set procedures

• Working with sensitive equipment in a secure environment

• Following strict security, data protection, and health & safety guidelines

• Using hand tools safely and efficiently

• Meeting productivity and quality standards

• Keeping the work area clean and organised

Requirements

• Valid security clearance (or the ability to pass security checks)

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to follow instructions and work to process

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Previous production, electronics, or dismantling experience is beneficial but not essential
