Production Operative

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Salary: £12.44 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday | 06:00 – 18:00 (No Friday or Weekend work!)

Your Day-to-Day:

Working on a busy production line, you will be responsible for:

• Manual Handling: Lifting and positioning blocks of cheese (up to 20kg).

• Processing: Picking, packing, and sorting products accurately.

• Quality Standards: Ensuring all boxing and packaging meets the high standards our client is known for.

• Safety: Following strict food hygiene and safety protocols.

What we need from you:

• Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet and handling weights up to 20kg.

• Reliability: You need to be able to get to the Crewe site for a 06:00 start.

• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.

• Experience: None required! Full training is provided from day one.
