KPI Recruiting are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our client’s specialist team in Crewe. This is a unique opportunity to work within a small, focused production environment where precision is the highest priority.

The Role

This isn’t your average production line job. You will be responsible for mixing specific powders and pastes strictly according to technical instructions. Because of the nature of the ingredients used, there is zero room for error. You will be handled with high-grade materials where exact measurements are critical to the safety and success of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing powders and pastes following strict, step-by-step instructions.
• Precise weighing and measuring of ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure batches meet exact specifications.

As a production operative you will be working 5 days out of 7, 08:00 until 16:30. With a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.
