Production Operative 
£12.71 per hour
Shift Pattern: Days 06:00–18:00 / Nights 18:00–06:00 (rotating shift rota)

KPI Recruiting are currently looking for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Wrexham.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring products are packed to specification, quality standards are maintained, and production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing production products in line with customer and company specifications

• Completing all required shift paperwork accurately

• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production plans and targets

• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues to the relevant team members

• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the workplace

• Following all company processes, procedures, and policies

• Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations

• Complying with the business management system and operational requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working in a production or manufacturing environment (desirable)

• Is reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team

• Has a strong focus on quality, safety, and meeting targets

• Is flexible and available to work rotating day and night shifts
