Production Operator - High Peak

We're currently recruiting for Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing site in .

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing or production environment who enjoys working with machinery and wants the opportunity to develop their skills.

The Role

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Carrying out routine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance

• Monitoring production output and downtime

• Troubleshooting day-to-day issues

• Operating FLT, Clamp Truck, Skid Steer and MEWP equipment

• Completing daily equipment checks

• Working safely and following site procedures

• Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the operation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment

• Practical, hands-on approach

• Good problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills

• Good IT skills

• FLT, plant or MEWP experience is advantageous

• Full training will be provided on site equipment

• Reliable and comfortable working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
