KPI has partnered with a dynamic and expanding client to recruit an Account & Project Manager. We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong sense of ownership, natural organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering results. THE ROLE: ACCOUNT & PROJECT MANAGER
As the Account & Project Manager, you will take charge of a client portfolio, overseeing the coordination and delivery of new projects as well as nurturing long-term client relationships. This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple client accounts and serve as the key point of contact.

Plan and execute project timelines, allocate internal resources, and ensure tasks progress smoothly.

Adapt communication and project approach to suit individual client needs.

Track project budgets to keep delivery within scope and cost.

Lead internal meetings with development and QA teams to maintain project momentum.

Proactively resolve challenges and manage changing client expectations with calm professionalism.

Host regular client video calls to share updates and align on next steps.

Keep stakeholders, including Directors, informed of progress, risks, and solutions.

Educate clients on digital best practices and inform them of new software features.

Spot opportunities to grow accounts by recommending relevant services or upgrades.

Ensure retainer clients maximise the value of their contracted hours.

Attend occasional in-person client meetings to build strong relationships.

Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and workflows.

Support business development through upselling and identifying new revenue opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask across projects.

Confident, calm under pressure, and able to manage demanding clients with professionalism.

Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding written and verbal communication.

Ability to translate technical jargon into clear, client-friendly language.

Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.

Experience in account management or client-facing roles, ideally within a digital agency or software environment (preferred but not essential).

A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Familiarity with project management tools

Experience using CMS platforms

General understanding of websites/ web applications
-
Degree educated (preferred)
