We are working with a well-established and growing construction organisation in Guildford that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes across the region.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects across all stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Overseeing programme management, risk mitigation, and quality control
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Monitoring project performance and reporting progress to senior leadership
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

About You

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Experience managing multiple projects or complex schemes
• Good understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project planning
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
