The Role
In this Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure pupils with additional needs can fully access the curriculum. You may provide one-to-one support for children who need guidance with focus, emotional regulation, or social interaction, or lead small group interventions designed to build key skills.
This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant position allows you to translate your academic knowledge into meaningful practice, observing behaviour strategies, supporting differentiated learning, and helping pupils overcome barriers to progress.
