About the Role:
The business is a leader in business services globally and support customers with a range of products and services to meet their needs.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking extra support for Purchase Ledger Assistants to join their team in Crewe on a temporary basis for 8 weeks.
Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Daily responsibilities will include:
- High volume invoice processing
- Timely and accurate entry of supplier invoices via automatic processing
- Daily checking of invoices cleared via automatic processing
- Sorting of posted invoices ready for manual processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations – requesting copy invoices as required
- Prioritisation of workload to achieve agreed targets
- Attend regular meetings with line manager to give updates on progress prior to month end and discuss any problems which may require assistance or training required

- Desirably have experience in purchase ledger
- Be a team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels
- Be organised and able to prioritise and manage own workload
