Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm | Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Were looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our clients team and play a key role in ensuring our quality systems, procedures, and compliance activities remain effective, accurate, and consistently applied throughout the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, loves problem-solving and has the confidence to challenge processes constructively while building strong relationships across departments.
You'll be at the heart of our client's quality function, supporting the Internal Compliance Manager and working closely with teams across the business to maintain high standards and drive compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining quality documentation, records, training information and electronic management systems
- Monitoring quality activities, trackers and dashboards, ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales
- Supporting and participating in internal audits, accurately recording findings and evidence
- Following up corrective actions and ensuring non-conformances are addressed effectively
- Coordinating compliance and quality-related training programmes
- Delivering training on established quality systems and procedures when authorised
- Providing practical guidance to colleagues on quality requirements and best practices
- Building strong relationships across operational and support functions to promote a positive quality culture
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across processes, systems and documentation
- Supporting quality activities during production night-shift operations when required
We're seeking an individual who combines exceptional organisational skills with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence producing reports and presenting information clearly
