As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, manage client relationships, and lead a team to deliver exceptional hiring solutions.

Proven experience in permanent recruitment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques
Compliance dept – help you conform with all legal requirements
Resourcing dept – assistance with finding candidates
Marketing dept – to help with candidate & client attraction
Business Development team – to help win new business
HR team – to help with career development
