We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our Commercial Recruitment team in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, providing support throughout their job search and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

The Role;

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging talented candidates for permanent commercial positions. You will be the first point of contact for applicants, supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring they have a positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities;

Contact and screen candidates from job applications and database searches
Conduct telephone and Teams interviews to assess candidate suitability
Build strong relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations
Match candidates with suitable permanent job opportunities
Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system
Write and post job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms
Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to fill client vacancies efficiently
Proactively source candidates using job boards and LinkedIn

What We're Looking For;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and professional telephone manner
A genuine passion for helping people and building relationships
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn
Previous customer service, sales, administration, or recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
